Changshu Jitian Precision Machinery was founded in 2016 and an we specialize in gray and ductile iron castings. Our headquarter is based in Suzhou and our foundry is located in Shandong, China, with total investments over 50 million RMB and approved production capabilities over 20k tons per year. JTPM has widely served customers around the world in China, Japan, Europe and America, with high quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
Our foundry in Shangdong is equipped with one DISAMATIC D3 vertical molding solution line, three 3t INDUCTOTHERM Acutrak Direct Electric Heat Systems, and we are able to produce diverse castings from 0.5kg – 100kg in a wide range of application fields, especially in Automotives, Machinery & Tools, Tractors & Heavy-duty vehicles, Wind-power generators, Railways, and Agriculture. Our supporting CNC facilities also solve custom machining demands and provide whole-process services in a cost-effective way. Our current production capability is around 1200t per month.
JTPM is dedicated to provide excellent products and services at competitive prices, and we have constructed a well-rounded QC system for production. Our QC unit is equipped with a German OBLf spectrometer, and carbon and sulfur analyzers, metallographic instruments, tensile machines, Brinell hardness testers produced by the Shanghai Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. We also built a sand laboratory to monitor the whole process from raw materials to products to ensure consistent standards of qualities.
